2. Service Description

PDFverifier provides automated comparison and analysis of PDF documents to identify differences between versions. The Service uses algorithmic detection methods to highlight potential changes.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided as an analysis tool only. We make NO warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of detected changes
• The detection of all differences between document versions
• The absence of false positives or missed changes
• The suitability of results for any particular purpose

You acknowledge that:

• Automated analysis may miss critical changes or detect false changes
• The Service should NOT be used as the sole method for document verification
• Professional human review is always recommended for critical documents
• Results are algorithmic and may vary based on document complexity

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for any damages arising from missed changes, false detections, or errors in analysis
• We are NOT responsible for decisions made based on Service results
• We are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Service

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

5. Data Retention & Privacy

• Paid sessions: Analysis data is stored for 30 days from purchase date
• Unpaid sessions: Analysis data is stored for 7 days
• Uploaded files: Automatically deleted when session expires
• Email addresses: Stored only for payment receipts and access links
• User rights: You may request deletion of your data at any time

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Purchases grant access to analysis results for 30 days
• No refunds are provided after analysis access has been granted
• Prices are shown excluding any applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your uploaded documents
• We do not claim ownership of your files or analysis results
• You grant us temporary license to process files for analysis purposes only
• Analysis results and exported PDFs belong to you

8. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service for:

• Illegal purposes or violation of any laws
• Processing documents you do not have rights to
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service
• Uploading malicious content or malware

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
